Q: DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF PREFERRED VENDORS TO USE?

A: Yes! From photographers to florists and caterers, we have worked with some of the best companies in the industry and would be happy to share their information with you! 

Q: WHAT MAKES YOUR venue unique?

A: We are an open concept venue with extra outdoor patio space nestled in the woods of East Tennessee. The large open space surrounded by nature creates the perfect atmosphere for large and intimate celebrations. We are also a family owned venue who truly cares about our client’s visions which is why we pay close attention to every detail.

Q:is event insurance required and what is the cost?

A: When alcohol is being served during the reception, yes, event insurance is required. Prices range from $150-$175 and can be purchased online or through your insurance company of choice.


Q: when are tours offered?

A: We try to keep tours on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, between the hours of 10am-5pm, but we absolutely make accommodations for those unable to make that time frame. Please let us know your availability in your inquiry and we will do what we can to schedule a tour with you at your earliest convenience.

Q:are chairs and tables provided?

A: yes, chairs and tables are included in all of our packages.
